1.1 Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund.

1.2 Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

1.3 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

3.2 Return Authorization: Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

3.3 Shipping Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all materials as specified in section 1.2. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4.1 Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in section 1.2. If the item is approved, we will process your refund.

4.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, please inform us, and we will arrange an alternative refund method.

Gudani Eternal is proud to offer a 3-year limited warranty on all of our watches. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Please read the details of our warranty policy below.

1.1 Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including issues with the movement, case, crystal, bracelet, strap, and hands.

1.2 Normal Use: The warranty is valid only under normal conditions of use and does not cover damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or misuse.

This warranty does not cover:

2.1 Battery: Battery replacement is not covered under this warranty.

2.2 Strap or Bracelet: Normal wear and tear of the watch strap or bracelet, including discoloration and scratches, is not covered.

2.3 Water Damage: Water damage resulting from improper use or failure to adhere to the water resistance guidelines provided in the watch manual.

2.4 External Damage: Damage to the watch case, crystal, crown, or other external components due to impact, mishandling, or accidents.

2.5 Unauthorized Repairs: Any damage resulting from repairs or modifications conducted by unauthorized service centers or individuals.

3.1 Proof of Purchase: To make a warranty claim, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

3.2 Contact Us: Contact our customer service team at gpg@gudanieternal.com or 1-847-217-5400 to initiate a warranty claim. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs if applicable.

3.3 Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must include the RMA number with your returned watch.

3.4 Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the watch to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

4.1 Inspection: Once we receive your watch, our technicians will inspect it to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

4.2 Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered, we will, at our discretion, repair the watch or replace it with the same model or a comparable model. If the watch is replaced, the replacement watch will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

4.3 Return Shipping: If the watch is repaired or replaced under warranty, we will cover the cost of return shipping to you.

Gudani Eternal's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch as described above. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the watch, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United States and is valid only in jurisdictions where such warranties are legally permissible.
